Penny Christy Myers, Esq.

Principal Attorney

Practicing in Estate and Asset Protection Planning, Trusts, Wills, Trust Administration, and Business Entity Creation

Penny Myers is an attorney whose practice focuses primarily in Trust Formation, Estate Planning, Trust Administration, and Business Entity Creation. She is the principal of The Law Network, P.C., an estate and business planning law firm in the Centennial/ Greenwood Village area.

Penny began her career as a civil litigator with a Denver-based firm, but transitioned into estate planning due to her desire to help people achieve peace-of-mind that, at each stage of life, their affairs are in order. She loves to help clients decide the best course of action for their unique life challenges. She was a trusted associate of Barry S. Engel, an internationally known practitioner in the areas of wealth and asset protection, which included integrated planning and offshore trusts.

Over the years, Penny has worked with many clients at all stages of their planning, from the initial asset analysis and document review, to drafting and funding various types of trusts, including: revocable living trusts, personal residence trusts, charitable trusts, insurance trusts, and Medicaid trusts. Penny also works with family-owned businesses to create limited liability companies, corporations, and family limited partnerships.

A graduate of Denver University School of Law, she obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of Northern Colorado. She is a member of the Colorado Bar Association (Trust & Estate, Business Law, and Elder Law Sections), the Douglas County Bar Association, and Wealth Counsel. Penny is a frequent speaker on the topics of estate, business, and asset protection planning.

Penny and her husband Rob have been married since 1991. They have experienced all the joys and challenges of raising three children – a daughter, and twin sons. A Nebraska native, she has lived in Colorado most of her adult life. Penny approaches her practice knowing that life does not always go as expected. Estate planning, to protect your loved ones and your legacy, is one of the best gifts you can give your family and friends.
